"I found this venue via Norfolk restaurant week. On arrival the person who I take it was the manager abruptly said “Yes” no smile or greeting. I said I had booked she offered me a couple of tables and presented the menus my guest arrived, immediately we were asked what do you want to drink, we said we haven’t decided yet and the waitress said she would return, which she did. We ordered pre lunch drinks which came swiftly we ordered our lunch. We then sat for 40mins and we’re presented with two starters which we hadn’t ordered. The waitress did apologise and shortly afterwards we were given our correct order which served by a surly waiter waiter who plonked the plates down’ and walked way. The waitress returned to ask if we wanted another drink, yes please I said could we have the menu please. She left a cocktail menu and walked away . I called the manager over who seemed to be more interested in her mobile phone than taking care of her customers and I asked for the wine list. Our main courses arrive mine was cold and totally inedible and I return it, my guests meal was dry and overcooked. There seems to be a total lack of customer service in this restaurant and a feeling of apathy towards their customers it’s no a happy place. I won’t be returning!"

We had a pleasant tapas lunch with good food and enjoyed a couple of pints with my wife. The staff was really attentive and the atmosphere was nice and clean.

I have a lot of food allergies so that I was not able to order everything from the main menu, but I have selected a couple of next dishes (potatoes, hummus and salat). the food was very tasty and the service was great. Visualizza piatti

Appalling food. Something called Bubble and Squeak contained no cabbage, no fresh veg, just tough, stale leftovers jumbled together and very badly cooked. The scones were stale too. A pity, because two years ago this place served tasty, inexpensive food. Nice setting.

I went to the restaurant today for Christmas Lunch. The food was delightful and the ambiance was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. They went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment. Thank you all for making the day special. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas.

We had a wonderful meal at Marriot's Warehouse and what made it even better is that one of my friends is a vegetarian and there was almost a whole menu she could choose from. It was bitterly cold out so the restaurant wasn't as full as I'd seen it but the atmosphere was great and everyone enjoyed their meals. Nice to go somewhere clued up on allergens. I enjoyed a prawn sandwich and then a Caesar salad on a separate visit. Both were delicious. I was told there was a separate fryer for chips before having to ask, gf options are clearly marked on the menu as well. The first time I visited I was actually served by a waitress who was coeliac. The second time I visited I saw a different waitress go to the kitchen to tell the chef about my dietary requirements. Both of these things gave me piece of mind. It is very difficult to eat safely as a coeliac so you really appreciate it when restaurants take your condition seriously.

Catering for a big birthday party so pre ordered from the set menu. Food was nice and atmosphere was good, looked pretty for Christmas! However, be very very careful if you are going to order the set menu as this was a huge rip off and not a good deal at all!! They were asking £33 for 2 courses and £39 for 3. It is the same menu as the normal itemised one but around £8-10 a head more expensive!! Im pretty sure this isn’t how a set menu is supposed to work? Even for the kids, they wanted nearly £20 for 2 courses for a 3 year old when it was £10.75 on the itemised menu… Manager was patronising when I asked for the bill and queried the prices. "We had pre-booked a table for 6 people to have lunch at 2:15pm. We arrived on time and were shown to the table, which had only been set for 4 people which meant we had to pull a further 2 chairs up to the table, and had to request a wine list. We ordered a round of drinks for the table which took c. 15 minutes to arrive. We were waiting a considerable amount of time for a food menu. Eventually we called a waiter over to order some food and were told that the kitchen we no longer serving, despite having booked a table for lunch and not being warned of the kitchen closing time. The staff told us to be quick in ordering however took a further 10 minutes to come and take the order. The food eventually came and the waitress didn 't even put the food at the correct place, she merely put them on the table for us to distribute accordingly. When the bill eventually came, we politely requested the *optional service charge was removed from the bill as we did not feel that we had received adequate service to warrant a tip, to which the manager began shouting that it as shocking that we wanted to rightfully remove the tip. He went on to say that the kitchen staff had stayed over time to prepare our food. My question to the owner is this... if your chefs are unwilling to work over their hours, why are you offering a reservation close to closing time whilst your staff are incapable of processing the orders to the kitchens in the correct timescale and working hours. If we were told that the kitchen were closing soon, we would have cooperated with the staff to help them work to their time scales."
