Food and taste were excellent: Unfortunately, we only got an offer on request for the small guests, and unfortunately the waiting times for the food were undamaged with up to 75min .... Vegetarian options: Have eaten a very creative, very tasty vegetarian menu. In the historical ambience of the former Schönherrfabrik you can find refined flavor combinations in modern and creative dishes between yarn rolls and looms. The many (regional) products are prepared and perfectly matched. Vegtariers also have their true joy here. The service staff is always attentive and accommodating. The only manco, which, however, should not confuse the 5 star rating: on one or the other evening it may take a little longer, with good conversations, delicious amuse bouche and great wine, but this is only a side thing.

Rustic and upscale restaurant with modern take on the food. Polite waiters, food is good, little bit on the experimental side and the cocktails are excellent, I can recommend the beer cocktail. Compared to the other restaurants in Chemnitz, price is more on the upper end of the spectrum, 120 Euro for 2 people including the tip, you can see the main items we had in the photos below. Overall, quite a nice evening, however, I did not understand why they made use sit next to the old and quite frankly dirty tread rolls, having 3/4 of the restuarant empty.

We've been waving more often in Max Luis, but what was offered to us this time... The restaurant was not even half filled until the first starter (we had 3 courses) we have already waited for over 1 hour. The main dish came after 2h15min!!! That can taste the food as it wants, I'm served and have no understanding. The service was striving, but in the situation also something helpless. As an excuse, there was a little espresso on the house. There could have been something else, especially since the food there isn't a cheap one. On Saturday we had ordered a nicely covered table for 6 people to celebrate my mother's birthday. The table was nicely covered. The waitress welcomed us kindly and accompanied us to the table. As an aperitif we ordered champagne and two Martini Bianco. But we have a Vermuth. When we spoke to the waitress, she said they had no martini and always serve Vermuth. This information would have been useful when ordering. We ordered our food. Meanwhile we got some greetings from the kitchen that bridged the unacceptable waiting period of one hour.
