Visited with friends last week and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Excellent service and good choice of dishes. Prices were about average but the portions were of a decent size and were filling. We were seated upstairs and it was nice and warm and comfortable. Would definitely dine here again.

Fantastic food! There were 8 of us, so we ordered a selection of starters which were superb. We then moved on to mains including lamb maqluba and kebab halabi both of which were very tasty and great portions. We washed it down with some lovely Lebanese red house wine and Beirut beers. I used to work at Med One, so I know the amount of care that they put into their good and service and it definitely shows! Their food is brilliant, the service is fast and friendly, the atmosphere is amazing. You can tell this is a family business- I always recommend med one as my number one spot for a meal out! The restaurant was empty when we arrived but we were asked if we had booked. We had to follow the rude man (who took a while, seemed angry and never spoke) upstairs. He dumped two menus on a table by the stairs and continued upstairs to another level without speaking AT ALL. He was SO rude. I’ve spent s here over the years.. I certainly won’t be going back.. SOOO RUDE! I shall refuse to attend any work meals here too.. DISGUSTING attitude.

What has happened to Med One??? We tried to book for a party of 10, we were told over the phone we had to pay a deposit which was absolutely fine BUT we couldn't pay over the phone...we would have to pay cash which meant someone would have to drive into Huddersfield after 5pm when they open in order to pay. Hours have reduced, no daytime hours any more so sadly no lunches at med one. The food was amazing as usual and the waiting staff were lovely. When we went to pay we were met by a very surly man at the bar who told us we couldn't pay individually, someone would have to pay for a party of 10.
