"My family and I visited this restaurant during our day visit to Meersburg. It was only of or open during our visit as most where on Winter pause. There were what appeared to be quite a few locals eating there. The...restaurant is Typical German ambiance. The lady serving us was very friendly and whilst we spoke to her in German, I’m pretty sure she could speak English. I had Argentinian steak, which was cooked to perfection. My son had Snitzel, and my wife pork in a mushroom sauce. Again, both very nice. Definitely worth a visit if in Meersburg"

Been traveling in Germany for two weeks now and this is the best restaurant yet. Great atmosphere and great staff. I had the ox breast plate and for dessert had apple strut with ice cream. It was a rainy day so we sat inside but...they also outside seating.

We was a group of people and our waiter need time to get the work done. The atmosphere was good. The several dishes which we ordered was quite tasty with the big menu of local food and as as well fish dishes. Everybody get...there favourite. We ate here on our first evening in Meersburg. I'm surprised that this restaurant is ranked as the in Meersburg as the food is very average. I had a Schnitzel which was ok but nothing to rave about. The service was good and the...restaurant is quite nice to sit in. There's much nicer places in Meersburg so if you're only there for a short period of time I'd go elsewhere.

We chose this place because they had multiple dishes that featured spaetzli, a favourite food when traveling in the region and especially after a day of bicycling. The salad that accompanied it was delightful a light dousing of housemade French dressing that was light...and flavourful. The two dishes we sampled were wonderful. The interior is typical stubli, and while a bit dated, nevertheless had its charm.

"It's hot. Even now at 19:00 the heat is brewing in the streets and walls. Here and there a gift from the lake. Cool comes the gentle breeze. A breath of air. Meersburg is burning! The Tagialta is a great performance. On dark green rocket background, flanked by glowing cherry tomatoes rest, the pink beef fillet discs. Between everything there are sparrows of the Parmesan.
