"I ordered a take away . I had no cash so had to go to a cash machine for my purchase. When I got my order and took it home they gave me the wrong meal . As a vegetarian it’s not nice receiving a...meat dish . I phoned to complain. I was Told to bring my wrong main food back to change it for a Vegetable Chow mein . I was given a Special chow mein . I had to leave my egg fried rice and spring rolls cold on my dinner plate and return wrong mains . It seems they just don’t care and disregard customer service . I had to almost run down the road and home again with order. Not easy with an injury. Also as we were due to eat our Chinese Together which was the purpose of getting a take away to start with my partner had to have theirs while I was dashing down for their mistake. No customer service . This Chinese seemed to improve from years ago with food service and being long term local to Chudleigh we decided to give it another chance after some years . Shocking service and disregard for the upset you Once again caused . Not exactly cheap these days either . But hey we are just one Local customer ? But local residents )Isn’t that the attitude . I had to suffer your incompetence . Shame on you"

Amazing food here everytime we go! Cant fault it. All staff are polite and friendly never any problems. Great portion sizes and really tasty dishes. Love it.

this place was recommended to me, so I thought I would try. just to be very disappointed by the food that had no taste, which would have been so, a dry wine-abix would have been better

we were in lodge nine inside finlake and the owners recommended mei wah as they deliver to finlake and they did practically to the door of the foot was hot and tasty. I recommend mei wah

Ordered a Chinese from here while staying in the area. Curry and noodle dishes were very tasty and quite authentic. Staff seemed happy and helpful and greeted us with smiles. Sadly they do not deliver which was a little annoying but over very good.

we were in hazel lodge (brambles 13) in finlake and our travel agency DevonHolidays.net recommend mei wah as taking. he has not been wrong! the numb that was delivered to the door was eating hot and said excellent. we will get back from here when we return to finlake.

We were recommended this place ages ago and it was so good! I wish I had taken a photo to post! We had lots of food good size- freshly made, and worth every penny. Not greasy at all and lots of flavour. Much better...then our local and they deliver, definitely going to use this place again! Thank you!

Whilst staying at Lodge Nine, within Finlake Resort and Spa, Thomas, the Guest Relations Manager for Lodge Nine, recommended Mei Wah for a takeaway. We were not disappointed. The food was plentiful and flavoursome. It’s just a shame they do not deliver as that would...have made the mean even more Perfect.

We ordered a number of dishes, the rice and noodles were good but the chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce were not too good. I ordered two other chicken dishes and when they arrived they all looked and tasted the same, not sure if...the order was muddled or that’s how they come? The duck was lovely and lemon chicken was too soggy as they pour the lemon sauce on and package, other places serve the sauce separately to save it going soggy. Quite expensive and Mose got thrown away.
