What a great place. I definitely would recommend. It’s a little gem in Hull. Easy to book online. The four of us had the Sunday roast, with pudding coffee to finish. Staff were lovely. Husband was very impressed with the Tetleys he’s a connoisseur

Absolutely fabulous. The fish batter was crispy, the white flakes of fish were delicious. Chips! Another level, cooked to perfection. The mushy peas tasty, and the tartare sauce outstanding! Helpful staff, great service, deserved the tip. Would recommend it for a great family meal anytime. We will be back, thank you.

There's nothing quite like enjoying the sunshine in the garden of this pub. It's an old establishment that has stood the test of time, and it continues to impress. Definitely worth a visit! we were a table of 8 on a very busy Saturday teatime. the personal was beautiful. eating was hot and very tasty. I had the squid cakes that were beautiful. if I were to give a negative point, I would have loved more chips, they were perfect and I wanted more. the first time we eat there will certainly not be our last.

Stopped off for a drink outside in the sunshine. Lovely friendly bar staff, husband was very impressed with the choice of beer, 'one of the best pints he 's had ' We didn 't eat there, as we had packed a picnic, but wish we had, as the food coming to the tables looked delicious. Hopefully we will stop for a bite next time we 're visiting

Just had take away Sunday lunch, it was a delicious treat. everything cooked well, hot and tasty with separate gravy tub. We really enjoyed it and husband picked it up said the set up was great, good social distancing. In one door out another so no mixing with other customers. Paid on card contacted. The Minerva is a true gem located in Hull at the marina. Parking is available at the fruit market for just £2.50 for the entire day. The staff, food, and atmosphere are all outstanding. The dishes are beautifully presented, and the flavors are exceptional. I highly recommend it for families, couples, or even a solo visit. Check out the photos!

8 of us popped in today for food and drinks. All had different choices from the menu. We had halloumi burger with mushroom with onion rings. It was absolutely perfect. The food all round was amazing. The service top notch. Great, pleasant hard working staff. Highly recommend this place. Any newcomer to this fair city of ours, don’t pass The Minerva without a visit.

We made a reservation in advance, which I highly recommend. Upon arrival, we were shown to our table and instructed to place our order at the bar. I ordered fish and chips, while my companion chose a Mexican burger. The staff were friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I also appreciated the presence of hand sanitizing stations and gel around the restaurant. Although our table was reserved for 2 hours, we ended up staying for 3 hours without any issue.
