"I was with a large business group here to eat and it was a night to remember. We arrived at and the starters came out. Nachos. The dips were ok, but the cheese was very hard and not stringy. I ordered a large beer...and after about drinking from it times, the bottom came off!! The beer went everywhere on me and the table. A waitress came to mop it up, but I had to ask for paper to wipe myself down and apart from a quick “sorry” she didn’t seem very concerned. I will add a photo of the bottom piece of the glass. So, pants and shirt full of beer, we waited hour before our main course showed up. Steaks. They were ordered medium and were quite ok. Nothing spectacular, but finely seared. The cut was not the best though. I did not wait around for the dessert, as I felt rather uncomfortable in beer soaked clothes and left after the main course. I don’t know if I’ll visit again, as Hamburg has much better steakhouses out there, but the faulty glass made sure I’ll never forget my visit."

Nice place to go out for dinner. Laid back atmosphere and good food and ditto service. Great ribs and burgers and nice selection of beers and wines.

If you like ribs this is your place! The best ones in Hamburg! If you are vegetarian like me ask for the starter plate for two persons. Really good! Normally you need a reservation for this place if you go at the weekends.

Great food and big portions. We had ribs which were falling off the bone. Huge amounts of food well worth the money. We squeezed in pudding too I could only manage an ice cream salted caramel yum. Great place if I come back here...would visit again.

An excellent choice of ribs and burgers for each taste, and an impressive choice of beers to wash it down with. We will definitely be back next time we are in the neighborhood. NB! recommend to book a table over the net, this is a...very popular place. If you get there after by car, you may have a challenge to find a parking space

Second time here.. Food taste as good as before, thumbs up! Ribs and wings are the best and we love it with chipotle bbq sauce, yummy! Garlic bread, burger, fries, apple pie were all delicious. We left with a huge happy tummy! Friendly waiters...and waitresses. Place get crowded very fast, if you come in big group, advisable to make a reservation.

Very slow service. Margarita was weak, tasteless, no ice, only half filled the margarita glass. Chicken wings were ok, well cooked, and tasty but not the same as buffalo wings. Ribs were awful, they used bacon ribs instead of pork ribs. Corn in the cob...was the best part. Strawberry milkshake was very poor, it was almost ware, tasteless. Service went they actually appeared were very nice. I will NOT be back. The other reviewers who had the best ribs etc., etc were either very lucky, or I was very unlucky, however I do believe the food is, was poor and the rely on hype.

We ordered the spareribs, the chicken wings and the cheeseburger. The ribs were a little bit dry, not tender nor juicy at all. There's hardly any sauce on the ribs. There's NO sauce at the back of the ribs at all. The chicken wings were...just ok, not especially tender. The cheeseburger was not good, the meat was very hard and dry. We told the waitress about it and she was very nice to bring us a new one but it's still the same. The only positive thing was the cocktail which was quite good and the price was fair. It's quite a disappointed visit, just not as good as we remember in the past.
