"We arrived unfashionably early for our table at the restaurant and set up shop in the bar until our table was ready. The bar was lively and very popular and the kind of place i would have a hard time leaving if i was out with friends for drinks. I ordered a Mojito while we waited and was very impressed with the result. Once our table was ready we were taken into the busy restaurant which had a brilliant atmosphere. The tables are well laid out and there is a private room at the back which can be hired for Birthdays etc. to make your occasion more special. The menu has an excellent selection of modern dishes, all of which look very inviting. We skipped starters and went straight to the mains. I ordered an 8 oz Fillet steak and swapped my hand cut chips for fries. The steak was a quality cut and was cooked perfectly (Medium Rare). The fries were excellent as well, a different league from bog standard restaurant fries and plenty of them too. To accompany the steak I ordered the Con fit Garlic Butter sauce, which as strange as it sounds was worlds away from any other Garlic Butter I've tasted before. Another member of our party ordered the Aberdeen Angus Steak Burger, and another the Haddock. The quality of the ingredients were evident in the dishes, the fish was cooked perfectly and the burger was presented excellently. The staff were very helpful and despite the busy hour were always on hand when we needed them. For dessert we all ordered the Chocolate Brownie, the best Chocolate Brownie I've had in a restaurant. My only criticism of the dish being that i wish the Cherry sauce was more like a Coulis, sharper and more bitter to compliment the sweet Brownie and Marshmallow. The experience can be summed in by the following; If i had to chose a restaurant to eat in every night for the rest of my life, I wouldn't think twice."

Went here for a birthday dinner and it was really good. Highlight was the steak. If u like medium rare get rare as the rare we got was medium rare lol. Overall very tasty now i have a full belly

Excellent bar and restaurant hidden away from view. Been coming to Aberdeen for many years now and never knew about No. 10, well feel as I had missed out. Great service, food, wine and clientele. Well worth booking a table.

What a fantastic bar! The food is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. When I visited, the place was lively, creating a wonderful atmosphere. I had the root vegetable tagine, which was delicious – quite possibly the best vegetarian dish I've had since arriving in Aberdeen. I highly recommend this spot!

Friendly efficient service, both at the bar and at the table, and the food tasted great. The music wasn’t too loud and it was obviously liked by the locals as a place to meet up and swap gossip. I had the lamb| excellent, and a side salad which had a subtle but tasty dressing. It’s situated in a grand looking area that felt very safe.

Great Sunday lunch with fabulous food and great service from this talented team. Very reasonable prices for such high quality food and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely atmosphere, very warm and welcoming. The beef Sunday lunch was perfect and the side order of Pigs in Blankets was plentiful and a an ideal accompaniment making it idyllic for me. Fantastic food! The service was outstanding, with a very attentive waiter. We enjoyed a wonderful meal, and everything we ordered was superb. For starters, we had prawns (highly recommended), scallops, and garlic bread. For the main course, we tried the Sunday beef roast (highly recommended), lamb cutlets, and ribeye, all of which were delicious. For dessert, the chocolate fudge cake paired with pistachio ice cream was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I felt a bit disappointed during my visit, as I was really looking forward to the Sunday roast after having enjoyed it before. This time, the portion was smaller and just didn’t taste the same. The coffee I received was lukewarm, but I guess I should have specified that I wanted my latte hot. I’m giving it 4 stars because the food was still tasty, but when I compared my Sunday roast to what other customers were having, I couldn’t help but feel mine was on the smaller side. Honestly, it was enough to eat since we often have large portions, but having had a better experience before, this time just didn’t quite measure up.
