"pleasant reception, very helpful waiter, the decoration is made with a lot of taste on the floor. I must admit to being a little disappointed with the one who doesn't really have one. a hot drink accompanied by an orange juice, a choice of bagel salmon or chicken served with rusty and bacon eggs and finally a brioche or a gauffre. This is more of a standard lunch than a real brunch. we expected to be mignardises and a mixture of sweet and savoury dishes to be enjoyed according to the order chosen. Now the order is imposed, the bagel is very copied, which leaves little room for the gauff. However, the salmon bagel is good. I will come back to this brewery that I know and practice regularly for a standard lunch."

this brewery is very well located in towers with a central position compared to the city center of Tours. The map is varied with interesting products. An effective reception and fast service. And the rest could not have cared less. And frankly I would not serve that food to anyone. Stale looking good cheese melted a few days before on stale bread on a bed of composting salad, oh but helped by a generous portion of small rillons and bacon that were passable. Even with low expectations, it disappointed greatly. Great location, that's for sure so lots of options.
