"On our last night in Venice we planned a high end meal in what was advertised on trip advisor as a top high end restaurant in Venice. This was not the case. To start the salmon tartare was extremely poor, unseasoned and slimy. The fact the staff served the meal with salt and pepper was placed on the table with the course and taken away after the course shows they know how bland and under seasoned the dish is. The following course of Veal cutlets was even more disappointing. Paper thin veal with huge amounts of potatoes and a lemon for 35 euro is disgraceful. The other courses we had were not much better in flavour or quality in our opinion. Our saviour was Carlos. He stood and listened to our complaints and made us feel like our feedback was taken on board. He was very polite and genuine. You could tell he cared about our experience. He adjusted our bill according and offered a replacement for the veal as we had complained a lot about this dish . This was replaced with the some of the best gnocchi I have ever had. The fact all these dishes came from the same chef was very confusing. Sadly Carlos had to leave before we had finished and we were placed into the hands of another man who just stood staring at the till the entire time until it came to us asking for bill . He disappeared and we had to wait 20 minutes for him to come back. Apparently he is the only one qualified to print the bill. Our bill was presented with the adjustments Carlos had made, yet the 20% discount we were offered when making the reservation was not on there. When questioning this the an behind the till told us he didn’t think it was necessary as Carlos had taken the Veal off our bill I had one bite of the veal before complaining and did not eat the dish. After a small discussion we were given the 20% off. I would like to highlight that you can experience some amazing food around Venice for around 10€ per course. This shows how much of a rip off this restaurant is at approx 25€ per course the veal was 35€ . I have no problem paying these prices if the food matches the price tag, which in my opinion it did not. The restaurant is within a 4 star hotel and i think the owners need to pay attention to the fact that the people staying in the hotel are not eating there. This should be a huge concern that people would rather walk through Venice to find a restaurant than eat within the place they are staying."

Eccellente ristorante, ambienti sontuosi, cibo raffinato. Piuttosto costoso (soprattutto le bevande) ma nessuna lamentela. Esperienza meravigliosa!

Abbiamo pranzato nel lounge bar a causa della situazione pandemica; elegante l'ambiente e bella l'atmosfera, piatti ben preparati, servizio attento e cortese.

Il cibo era eccellente, e creativo. Tuttavia, il servizio ha lasciato alcuni a desiderare ed era insolitamente lento, sembra che il personale stava lottando con troppi tavoli al piccolo ribes o forse questa è la norma qui. Abbiamo aspettato 10 minuti per essere riconosciuti per essere seduti quando non c'era nessun altro in attesa, 15 minuti per l'acqua, e oltre 20 minuti per dessert e caffè, che ho dovuto chiedere di nuovo. We stayed in Venice for a few days, this hotel was recommended to us by a dear late friend and what a fabulous suggestion. We really enjoyed our stay hear.The hotel was amazing. All staff was really amenable and couldn’t do enough. It made our stay in Venice, even more magical. The city is beautiful and really romantic. We are planning our next return this year. This hotel is a short walk from everything. Food and dining sublime out of this world.

Might be a nice restaurant but currently it is not open, however they take reservations and do not even consider informing you beforehand that the place is shut!! So you are all ready for your special night and when you arrive you are faced with a closed door and a offer t go to the lounge bar ... I mean if i wanted a lounge bar i would hardly chose that restaurant which is on the expensive end even for Venice !!! The booking was for my birthday dinner so I was very disappointed and mainly we had to find an alternative at 8 PM the same night on Friday!! This is unacceptable and so unprofessional!!
