Saturday night, restaurant full, good atmosphere. Service was actually very good which we were quite surprised about, when reading so much about paradors being understaffed. Food very good and Marqués de murrieta sublime. Well done Jarandilla!

As you turn the corner through the town the Parador sits on top of the hill overlooking the town. The Parador is as impressive as the first view. Great service great staff great food. The rooms are in a traditional style with a good standard of cleaning. Another example of a great Parador to add to the re-visit list. 5

In this paradox we can enjoy both a comfortable and spacious living room in light colors and a beautiful interior patio with garden and huge trees between tables the food is typical of the area, with a small point of innovation but in this case very towards the traditional cuisine of the earth. as always in paradors, quality food, great presentation and service and exquisite attention.

En este parador podemos disfrutar tanto de un salón cómodo y espacioso en colores claros como de un precioso patio interior con jardín y enormes árboles entre las mesas. La comida es típica de la zona, con algún pequeño punto de innovación pero en este caso muy hacia la cocina tradicional de la tierra. Como siempre en paradores, comida de calidad, gran presentación y servicio y atención exquisitas.

My wife and I spent three nights at the Parador. Reception staff very friendly and helpful and hotel ambience superb. Staying in a old castle was an experience not to be missed. Bar, breakfast and courtyard food and service excellent. Only downside was the poor service at the restaurant. Also food in restaurant was not up to expected Parador standard.
