"We visited the place with some friends, one of us received a recommendation.so far the restaurant is cosy and feels like a genuine place in Italy.the waiters were rather confused, we received the wine bottle but not the glasses, later on we received the food...but cutlery was missing.the thing that disturbs me the most is the absolute lack of a menu, the waiters come to the table and tell you what they have as dishes.you do not have a clue about prices.exactly the same for the wines.we had a simple appetiser and a main course which was A simple pasta dish.we drank water and the housewife.for this we paid roughly per person.in other Italian restaurants you get an entire menu."

besides the slow, the service is very unpleasant – they really don't care about the customers and treat them in a very unfriendly and cold fashion. they pretend to be Italian, but they are really the worst of the German service and with many pretensions. a shameful attitude.

Been here three times and as an italian I can only be happy they represent our cuisine! They first courses range from dishes typical of the italian cuisine to whatever you like. Once I wanted to have cozze e pecorino (black mussles and roman salty...cheese). They were happy to make it! And all those dishes are simply divine The service is great. The lady of the house explains you everything going as far as telling you where those sweet tomatoes come from within Italy. It's pricey of course.

After wandering around Romer and Zeil, we came upon Pasta Davini by chance using our smartphone. We rang the doorbell to the ground floor apartment and were welcomed despite no reservations and limited cash. Using a combination of French and English words, we were able...to order Pumpkin Ravioli and Mussels and Linguini in Tomato Sauce. The entrees were so satisfyingly indescribable and was one of my best Italian meals ever. Everything was fresh and handmade! And, the eggplant, olives and bread got your palate ready for the most enjoyable experience! Words can not describe this meal! Thank you to the staff for accommodating our visit and limited language skills!
