"Wir waren früh am Abend zu viert da, das Lokal war noch ziemlich leer. Die Speisekarte kam schnell, die Getränke dauerten etwas länger und nach einer halben Stunde kam dann die Info, es gäbe heute keine Dorade. Also wurde Rindersteak durchgebraten bestellt. Das dauerte dann nochmal eine halbe Stunde, das Steak war dann zwar geschmacklich gut, aber knapp medium. Die Pizze waren groß und lecker. Anschliessend haben wir Espresso und einmal aus der Karte das Himbeerdessert bestellt. Nach wieder einer Weile haben wir nachgefragt und wir erhielten die Auskunft, daß dass Dessert in Arbeit wäre. Dann wurde ein anderes Dessert gebracht, da es keine Himbeeren gab. Ich hab dann darauf verzichtet und es zurückgehen lassen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und bemüht, aber das hilft dann halt auch nicht mehr so."

Nice little Italian restaurant near the train station in Mannheim. The pizza that I had was really good, fine and large I ordered a small one. Only think not so good, you need time

The Piccola Milano offers pizzas where even the small size already has high diameter very good value for money. This is definitely one of the main reason why to go there! Nice decoration resembles the Italian restaurant style

This is a good place if you are hungry for pizza and appreciate quick service. Pizzas are gigantic we ordered medium size pizzas and it was impossible to finish. Our order was a bit mixed up, but we did not make a fuss about it

We really like the pizza and pasta there. It’s a good quality at low prices. I love the Tortellini primavera and the pizza vegetaria. An absolute recommended place for pick up or sit in. Restaurant is cozy and they just recently renovated the place

From the outside this place looks cozy and like a blingfree, professional pizza place, but they let you down grossly. Everything about the pizza was wrong bread was soggy, cheese and toppings were cheap and free of all flavour. It was only edible after...generous amounts of spicy olive oil. The waitress was kind and friendly. I felt sorry for her, coz I suspect she loses out on tips due to the food

This is mins walk from main train station. Has a few outdoor seats in a relatively quiet side street. Very full menu; all the pizza, pasta combinations you’d expect. Plus meat and fish. Super efficient service and food out quickly. Pizzas were huge. Medium...too much for the average eater. Share a large. Salads huge too. Extremely good value for money. About EUR for two pizzas, two lasagnes, two salads and a few beers and some wine

You shouldn't come to Piccola Milano in search of haute cuisine. It's basic food, basic preparations, ingredients are good but not great, BUT big BUT. Most affordable prices in years, for huge portions of reasonably well cooked food. An honest, cheerful, down to earth business...that deserves stars because it doesn't pretend to be what it is not, and because it shows that good service, good prices, huge portions and squeaky clean tables with real tablecloths can still be found in this world. Kudos to you guys

I have been in this Pizzeria for one dinner while stopping in Mannheim during a business travel. I guess I have made some poor choices from the menu. The pizza doe was very good. Unfortunately the pizza I have choosen had too much oil on...top, maybe because of the abundant ingredients. Hence, I did not enjoy my pizza. Fries were well fried, although I am not used to this XL portion. I did not like the oven baked cheese in alu foil topped with onions and cherry tomatoes. Being abroad, I would recommend it for pizza at your risk selection of the topping, especially because it's ovenbaked
