Pierre Victoire Bistrot

Went to Pierre Victoire for birthday celebration. The food was delicious and service was great. Prices are on point at about 30 quid for three course meal. Cheese souffle is the best I've had.

we had the lunch menu if the memory serves me 30€ for 3 courses. eating was very well typical tasteful French cuisine and the service was attentive. the lower stage is like a large flur, the tables at the end of the room do not get any natural light, try to put more on the front side of the restaurant.

Top notch food for a very reasonable price in a rustic setting. I dined here with two family members last night and we were all very impressed. I had the scallops to start and the steak to follow both flavoursome and cooked to perfection. Good selection of wines and a nice atmosphere. Only negative is it's verrrrry loud.

I didn't have high hopes for this place but I was pleasantly surprised overall. I had the mussels to start which were big and juicy, really good. My partner had the frogs legs which were really pathetic, don't go for them. . Mains were steaks which were great. Drinks were over priced so the meal was rather expensive overall.

Excellent service and food was very solid. We really enjoyed the atmosphere in here and the staff was exceptional you could tell that they enjoy their work. For them alone I'd rate this place highly. That said, a similar level of care goes into the food they serve, with creative dashes of colour and flare in everything that was brought to our table.

Heard it's one of the best French restaurant in town. We made a reservation for dinner and by the time we got there, the restaurant was fully packed. We were served with some bread and butter. They were really yummy. I ordered 2 courses meal, entree and main course both were vegetarian. The entree was roasted parsnips on pastry puff with balsamic dressing. It was nice and I had this three beans curry with couscous. The taste was just ok but the portion was big.

I'm here to eat. I always trust family-run restaurants. soupe de jour was tomatensuppe and we ordered twice! the red pfeffer made it so delicious! I ordered onglet à l’Echalotte, but my steak was not as soft as I expected. my friend ordered calamars frits as side plate, but actually the plate was just like the cursor to salvage our end, crème Brûlée was the best choice we had! Also in weekdays it is quite busy to reserve a table in advance. also it would be nice to have more employees if it is full. we're coming back here!

My son found this lovely restaurant online and told me that booking was recommended. We didn’t book, however, as it was a Monday night and we were going at opening time…we were really lucky to get a table! All they had was a small table by the door, which initially didn’t look that appealing but very glad we said yes. I can see why they say book! They have a lovely Prix Fix menu with a great selection and a very well rounded wine list from which I picked a very nice half bottle Côtes du Rhône. We went for two courses: starter main. My son had the Duck BonBons the Steak Frittes, both of which were delicious. I had the Carpaccio to start and the Monkfish with Crab Risotto…seriously yummy! Atmo...
