"Extremely rude staff. We booked a table in advance, turned up at the restaurant, there were three staff members cleaning glasses, they didn't acknowledge us at all, not even to say hello. We were ignored for 15 minutes and had to fight for attention, at which point they quickly herded us to a table. Not a single smile from the staff the entire dinner. The food was decent, it was good to have some vegan options which is not so common in Zermatt but we were just shocked by the lack of hospitality and rudeness of staff. When we left we said thank you and bye and the staff did not even say bye back."

Cozy restaurant in the Hotel Pollux with very good service. We decided on Swiss food and we really enjoyed it. Gladly again. To recommend. Reservations!

OMG!!! The food is spectacular it is a must when you visit Zermatt. The best fondue I have ever tried and the service from Sandra was amazing. Would come back for sure.

The staff was friendly, we had a reservation but they let us dine 1 1/2 hours earlier. The atmosphere was lively and the food was excellent! We had the regular fondue and the fondue with chili. My husband also had some Rösti. Excellent food! The portions were large, we couldn’t eat it all. We indulged in chocolate fondue which came with a nice selection of fruit. If you’re in Zermatt, this is a great place to eat!
