Pizza Hut - Piatti

Great service, staff very friendly. Food was really tasty with a good selection on offer. Premises was clean and well appointed. Great coffee too!

Ate here and nothing was very good Service slow kitchen was apparently having issues Unlimited salad bar could do with replenishing more regularly Pizzas overcooked Wrong order but took it just to Avoid waiting longer Didnt get ice cream with kids meai Food arrived in drips and drabs…..

Card only, so we didn't get to sample the food. Waste of our time going there and we we're told that the card only situation is a corporate decision and affects all Pizza Hut restaurants, so we won't ever be going to any again. Went for a Takeaway pizza, the first shock was it would have cost £53.98 for 2 large supreme pizzas until I was told about TREAT YOURSELF DEAL which in total for 2 people was £31.98. The 2nd shock was when I opened the box to look at the pizza and I can only describe this as pitiful attempt at making pizza and overcooking, NEVER AGAIN

Terrible place to visit, cold in the restaurant, items from menu unavailable, some staff (not all) unpleasant. Quality of food appalling. Soggy pizza base, kids wouldn't.eat.their pizza from kids menu as looked like been left in oven too long. Quality of everything gone down hill. Used to enjoy a pizza occasionally but certainly wo t be going back here.

Avoid. You wait to be seated and find the table hasn't been cleaned, pizza crumbs still felt. You order and pay via app, wait 5 minutes for your glass to fill, then head to the hot puzza buffet which is practically empty. Had to watch for pizza going out to get any! Honestly was terrible. They couldn't keep up with the customer needs. Felt like I was waiting for it cook constantly and noticed one person in the kitchen only whilst the other 2 did all the running about. Arrived at 1650hrs. They have a deal which expires at 1700hrs, therefore we approached a member of staff at 1655 to affirm our intention to partake of this. The response from.the male employee was frankly rude, dismissive and patronising. Advising us that we couldnt have this in spite of the fact it was not yet 5pm. We were seriously embarrassed and felt belittled by this person, who seemed to take some delight in 'putting us down '. I shan 't return extremely disappointed at exceptionally poor, rude and abrasive customer service.

Long wait to get seated when it was not that busy and took while to get staff attention, when we finally got a seat we was told no cash and scan the QR code to order! This annoys me as the whole point in going out is to get service!! and not everyone wants to use their phones , We actually had to approach a member of staff as we was ignored for over 10 min while the little staff that was on avoided eye contact . Buffer was good and salad bar well stocked, just very poor customer service and staff attitude and card only payments!! annoying

During my 51 trips around the sun, this is head and shoulders, the worst dining experience I have had. I could go into great detail about this experience, but after loosing the will to live after being subjected and charged through the nose for the pleasure, I'm trying to put it all behind me. I have never frequented Pizza Hut at Aberdeen beach before, and for that I can be thankful. Safe to say , I won't be back to that one, or any other Pizza Hut . Not that they will mind. Im sure the 33 quid I spent on 4 slices of dried buffet pizza at 3pm will not be missed, or be enough to drive Pizza Hut into liquidation. Nor will the abysmal service or this review.
