Every time I have been into prezzo I have found the staff friendly and competent. Food is of a high standard and the best coffee in Grantham

Food was excellent. Each time we eat here the food just gets better. Staff were warm and friendly. Espresso cocktail gave me a lovely buzz :D

added dropwise to lunch, it is a limited menu, in the round a selection of sandwiches with either chips or salat, but it is very good in the did, and much of it. at £6.75 it is good, and the service was also good. we'll do it again! Visualizza piatti

Great service and good food. The only thing that could be improved is the Alfredo pasta, which we had with veggie chicken it was very bland and had to add a lot of salt and pepper to make it nice enough to eat. Everything else was delicious though and hence the five starts.

as an enthusiastic lover of Italian eating, prezzo makes me want to shave my haare and bart away, then use calamari and carbonara to make a eat mohawk and hitler taschkamm. then they follow it by going into pizza and living my days as calzone....with epic food hair. the desserts are also worth the diabetes I will get in my later years.

I was hesitant to visit this restaurant after reading recent reviews, but I must say that we really enjoyed our experience. The food was delicious, the service was attentive and polite, and the restaurant was clean. Although it was not cheap, the quality of the food justified the price. Our meals were delivered promptly within 15 minutes, which is always a good sign of freshly prepared dishes. We would definitely return for another visit. Visualizza piatti

We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. The service was excellent, with the waiter/waitress being helpful at all times. The food was very good. When my husband didn't want a full pizza, they suggested a small one with salad, which was ideal. The 2-course meal deal was also perfect for us. We were lucky to have made a reservation, as a large party came in just after us and later customers were being advised of a wait of over half an hour. The atmosphere was also great.

The dinner was decent but not particularly memorable. Jenny enjoyed her sea bass, while I liked my rigatoni with arrabiata sauce, although it was too spicy for my taste. The braised sweetheart cabbage we shared was tasty, but missing the promised parmesan. The service was good and our food arrived quickly. The restaurant is large and modern, but lacks character. We only chose to dine here because it was the only Italian restaurant in Grantham open on a Monday night - we would have preferred one of the smaller, more charming Italian places we have visited before.

I really don't understand why there are 1 and 2 star reviews, because since prezzo they have opened brilliant/oben notch service and eat. there were no toothing problems when they first opened and they are consistent. we would expect to pay much more than we have for eating / service and looking at the inner, the restaurant is very well presented. the staff is polite and very friendly. I like how prezzo fits for a special occasion or a casual eating, it has surpassed our expectations and have visited more and more my partner and me or friends. it is the hand-down of our 'go to ' restaurant / meal. the personal even says hello / smile when they pass them on the road! thank you, prezzo!
