"As a group of on a weekend away we bought Buy a Gift vouchers for Prezzo course meals with wine and even got a special offer discount reducing the price from to per couple, or just per person!...When we arrived at Prezzo, Grantham, we were shown to a table in an alcove, at a distance from other diners as requested, and the staff were attentive and helpful in taking our order. The starters arrived and they were delicious. When the main courses appeared we could not believe the size of the pizza and the burger and fries. The other meals, veggie bolognese and lasagne also looked lovely. We were all delighted with our meals and so impressed at the quality, especially considering the bargain price we had paid. Three of our party had the cheesecake for dessert which looked (and apparently tasted) absolutely delicious. As I have a lactose intolerance I reluctantly opted for the raspberry sorbet but it was lovely and very refreshing. All the food was tasty, well cooked and beautifully presented. We had glasses of wine and soft drinks with our meals which were fine. Throughout, the staff were perfect. Well done Prezzo. It is rare these days to be able to say that everything was perfect but, on this occasion, you definitely scored"

I recently went to Prezzo's for a family lunch. I don't normally leave reviews but the service was excellent here. The staff were great, made us feel very welcome. We all really enjoyed the food, will be visiting again in the New Year. Thanks guys!

we went here at the sa feb for a colleague who left eating. the service to eat was excellent as the man was very friendly and gave us first-class service. we had all set menu what was really good. Thank you for making it one. had made special night.

The staff were very polite and helpful. My husband said his spaghetti carbonara was one of the best he had had, but he could have done with a smaller portion. My grandson and I both had pizzas which were again very big, they were hot...and looked ok but they were very mediocre. The drinks prices were very expensive, far dearer than most places so we just had tap water with our meal.

Four of us booked online and popped in for an early dinner. From the chap who met us at the door to the lady who took payment, all the staff were fantastic. Every single staff member we spoke to or had dealings with are a...credit to your brand! My partner has a nut allergy which was acknowledged and delt with without fuss and in a reassuring manner. Food hot, fresh and delicious. We will be back.

I was very impressed with the service once we were at the table (although there was a mix up initially and two separate groups got put on completely different tables even though the restaurant was empty). That aside, the service was excellent. The food is...very average as it is a chain restaurant. It can seem quiet overpriced as well. It's a well presented and clean restaurant though with a nice ambience.

Two of us enjoyed a three course meal here. Starters were deep fried mozzarella with a tomato dip. Mains were a double burger with lots of chips and a salad, the other was a mushroom and rocket pizza with black olives. Desserts were Chocolate ice...cream and a lemon cheesecake. We had two glasses of house white to accompany the food. Service was friendly and efficient from the entire team. The restaurant was very popular on an early weekday evening and we have no hesitation in recommending this Prezzo to anyone eating out in the town centre.

we met with two friends for a meal, but oh, so disappointed. food overpriced for portion size and very few items come with any kind of side. an salat was a small handful of limp leaves, a few half-kirs tomato and. a couple of slices. pasta dish only half filled the bowl and not much sauce for nothing like in the web photos of the menu, are warned. pizza was simply ok. dessert small slice cheesecake without cream or ice cream unfortunately did not look impressed. the staff were very friendly and efficient, clean bright restaurant. but we will not go back.
