I was served by a lovely young lady , her name was Maria,sounded Irish,She was absolutely wonderful, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced, very happy family atmosphere, Maria made us feel very welcome ,Kid-friendliness: Lovely to see staff were very child friendly.

We went on a dinner out a large group of 20. Waitress were exceptional and helpful despite being a huge group. Food was correct for being an Italian and expecting lovely pasta dishes, pizza option and salad. There is a car park at the back of the restaurant that was extremely convenient. Sadly, the service we encountered from the front of house staff this evening, was extremely poor and very disappointing. It was to have been a special treat for our son's birthday tomorrow. We have dined happily at this branch many times before without any problems, including other family celebrations. After today, I feel sorry to say that we might reconsider, before rushing back any time soon. Service: Dine in

We had booked a table for seven and had to wait ten minutes to be seated. When seated, we were asked to move to another table even though we had booked. It took them over half an hour to take our drinks order. The service was so slow that when it was 9 pm, and we still had not received our mains, the manager told us that there were still people in front of us. We decided to leave without getting our main courses. I have never been to a restaurant with such slow service

Very slow service but only 2x waiting staff on duty. Very slow arrival of orders. There were 4 of us, 2 main courses were served and the after a short pause we were then informed the macaroni cheese that the other 2 had ordered was not a available as they had just sold the last 2.we were offered lasagne that had been cooked We agreed to gave tgem as we didn't want to keep tge others waiting. Admittedly we were not charged for them but will think twice about going to Prezzos again.
