Easy to book, reception were helpful the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a bit meh but not a bad price.

The AC didn't work so the room was freezing otherwise very nice and fresh. Check-in was at 15:00 not 14:55. We had to sit and wait for 5 minutes until it was 3 p.m. A bit fussy.

I think this hotel is great for a short stay. I haven't tried their restaurant, so I can't say anything about it. Just a heads up about room 125 - unless you enjoy the constant hum of fans all night.

I wasn't satisfied, one day they didn't clean our room, the other day they made up my children's beds but not ours. Staff at reception not welcoming, particularly one who didn't want to do his job. So we won't go to that hotel then.

I went to this restaurant for breakfast. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and served promptly. The entire restaurant was clean and organized. It was clear that the place is well-managed and it was a pleasure to visit!

Horrendous service! The room stank of cigarettes and the window seal was full of ash. Receptionist was very rude. In the morning of the check out there was no one at the reception! I had to borrow a piece of paper from the waiter and left a note behind the desk. Horrible experience, will never come back!

I am giving this restaurant a 5-star rating solely because of Katie. She went above and beyond to resolve issues with each of my family's rooms, including fixing a website error that resulted in my partner and I being placed in a hotel an hour away. Katie had a smile on her face the entire time and was a true asset to the team. Thank you again, Katie! However, the cleanliness of the hotel needs significant improvement. The evening waiting staff on Friday night were rude and rushed, which only further emphasized how amazing Katie was.

My wife and I have travelled around the UK for work for over 30 years. This is the first hotel room that has decent lighting. It was beautifully lit across the room. We had a pemiere room on the third floor and it was so well work the extra money. We also had both dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Dinner was on Mother's Day so a limited selection but it was delicious. Breakfast was also great and Dermot was a wonderful host. The cooked breakfast was freshly cooked to order (and we were offered more when we had finished). The only downside is car parking which is not at the hotel but at the multi story car park opposite.
