"What a shame , came a few weeks ago , it was wonderful, staff were very attentive the food was absolutely fabulous, had the eggs, bacon, sausage, mushroom sandwich all good produce. Unfortunately, I dropped in at 3.50 the other day to be told food had stopped. It closes at 5pm, I was offered a drink, cakes were all wrapped up, I asked for a slice of cake, which I did get, but it was obvious the staff were cleaning and wanting to go home. You may want to state on quiet times you stop serving early. This may avoid disappointment to your customers."

A great find, attractive surroundings to enjoy lunch. The soup was full of flavour, potato, leek and parsnip was the soup of the day. We followed with a lovely slice of chocolate cake which was a generous portion, it was moist and definitely moreish. The price was great and our male waiter was attentive and very efficient.
