"We stayed at Hotel Therfore on the first day, we chose the restaurant. Everything was good, service and food. Two days later, when we decided for dinner at the restaurant, it was a nightmare! We came around 19h50, first customers in a series of tables. We chose a main dish and a drink. We have received our drinks, wine and water quickly. After 45 minutes waiting our food, we asked the waiter whether there was a problem like all the other tables of the row had received appetizers and main dish. And the customers were all arrived and ordered to us! The answer of the waiter was Hey, no stress!!! Not very professional. After more, the answer was 3 minutes. After 20 minutes more wait without eating something and asking the waiter again, we finally got our plates. Wrong dish for one and the salad with the wrong dressing. The court was quickly replaced as it was a last confusion. We didn't insist on the salad dress. We have reported the problem at the reception, with not much effect, but the embarrassing apology of the receptionist. The result is the restaurant under the staff and not well managed. Eating in this restaurant is a little like playing the lottery!"

Great service and a nice lunch with the family, with an unpaid view over Lake Lucerne. The food was very good and the children's menu kept the children entertaining. Service was very fast and helpful.

FloraAlpina Restaurant has something for everyone. Order local fare from menu or do the buffet that includes different meats smoked daily on their smoker. Wir waren mit einem riesigen Hochzeitsfeier, so dass ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob die Speisekarte war repariert vor allem für uns. Wir hatten Auswahl an Fleisch, Gemüse oder Fischgerichte. War eine komplette Mahlzeit und fühlte mich immer zufrieden. Fisch war oft ein Glücksspiel auf bestimmte Abende. Wir waren für 5 Tage.
