"I recently ate here with friends, a good Italian restaurant and one of many in Munich, in the Leopoldstrasse, which also boasts a great variety of eateries. The restaurant itself is typically Italian in décor and character and the food was very good. Whether I...would return, would be in doubt as to the unfriendly nature of the staff and service. We were shown to the table without any hint of warmth and as if we were doing them a big favour. The waiter nearly knocked over a beer in the process of clearing the dishes, no apology or reaction at all from him and when attempting to pay with a card, we were bluntly told in German not possible . All no problem, however on leaving the restaurant, there is a list of cards accepted on the door, which I pointed out to the same gentleman and was told in no uncertain terms, that their machine was not working , something which an explanation at the time of paying, would not have gone amiss. It was such a shame, as the food was excellent, however such cold and unfriendly demeanour from the staff did leave a slightly sour taste."

it reminds a little of old Mafia movies, the cool art. to it great (pasta) dishes and warm hospitality. for a bit unagable price.

keep a table through the forks does not work! they need to call them directly or rely on happiness. table reservation about thefork does not work! either identified or recognized for happiness.

The meal was good (octopus salat, tomato soup, tuna pizza), but in the end it was a strange situation with tips: our bill was EURO, we gave to a waiter he said “thank you” and did not bring us back any change.. I...think it’s not correct to act like this. We were going to give him some tips but it should be decision of the guest- an amount of tips ..I don’t like such situations when you have no choise
