Salisbury Fish - Piatti

I usually have cod, but tried rock tonight. So delicious fish crispy batter and lovely chips. Efficient service too.

If you are in the area, this is a decent chippy. It has the usual range of offerings and does a brisk trade. Nothing out of the ordinary but OK.

Food was soaking wet in the paper, fish fell apart and stuck to the paper. Everything was just awful. We weren't given the pies we ordered. Wont be coming again and will be warning people that it's so bad! Visualizza piatti

Open till 10pm, ordered chips at around 9.30 to be given Luke warm small portion of chips for £2.40 very disappointing and not up to usual standard. Telling customers behind us no chips left and that was very much We were given leftovers

The restaurant seemed to prioritize orders over customers waiting in the cold outside. When I was finally served, the girl had her mask below her nose. These simple things have made me hesitant to return. Additionally, I was not impressed with the high price of £2.40 for chips.

Waited an eternity for yes a large order when our relatives came to visit back in October 2019, size of portions for the price i paid which was over £65!! Was hoping for fish n chips this evening, had a lovely day out and after getting off the train decided to get fish and chips on our way home. After waiting outside for half an hour, I eventua lly got to the counter to be told that they didn 't have what fish I had asked for and was tol 'that was the way it is '! I have used Salisburys for over 25 years but it seems that if you haven 't ordered via Just Eat or what ever other delivery site there is you don 't count just standing waiting! Face to face customers don 't seem important. We wont be going again.

The experience at this restaurant was disappointing. There was a long wait to even be acknowledged, with only 2 staff members handling a large number of delivery orders. The customer service was poor, with the staff appearing unhappy and uninterested in serving customers. When I tried to provide feedback to the manager about the lack of attention and care, he dismissed my concerns and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Ultimately, I chose to take my business elsewhere. Despite the restaurant's popularity, I will not be returning due to the inadequate customer service.

I recently went out for the first time after being in lockdown for six weeks. We were on our way to take photos of an empty site when we came across Salisbury's fish and chips, which had just opened after being closed for over five weeks. The owner had taken great precautions by wearing a mask, disinfecting everything, and installing a safety Perspex barrier between the servers and customers. The fish and chips were cooked fresh and tasted absolutely delicious. I felt that the restaurant was spotlessly clean and that all necessary hygienic measures were in place.
