they always come to the Austrian specialties imperial maroons. it's always so good. warm and fluffy pfancake with apple mousse and plant sauce. it is a winner every time

great service and great traditional German/Austrian cuisine. it is also at a great location, near the Goethe House. So if you are there for dinner, we recommend you go to this restaurant.

Very good food, friendly professional staff will not disappoint. I had dinner with a colleague after walking town center for a while, and as we did not have reservations we shared a large table with 3 couples. We had great conversation and it was a...great final evening after a week long business trip.

this restaurant was on my list of places to try. I was greeted by a friendly young server. I had the calf that was super good. it comes in one, two or three pieces together with large roasted kartoffels. I also had the cucumber...salad, which was okay (in need of something green) definitely a recommendation!

the white carving with kartoffels was just finger-licking delicious. a great thing: it is offered in three sizes: small medium sized and large. the imperial bull was super fluffy and you could even choose not to have rosins. service very nice, eating is served immediately. in any case a great place to come back to lunch.

Perfect schnitzel the normal is two large cutlets, which is what plenty. The parsnip soup was elegant, topped with toasted almonds. Nice Austrian wines by the glass. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that it is a small place, so...reservations are handy. I was squeezed in at the bar, so the service was a little challenging. It is on my go to list for sure.

This was another recommendation from our hotel concierge, and it did not disappoint. A great picked cheese starter dish with some German beer and then was follow up with a medium size veal schnitzel... or at least that's what i thought it would be... I...received 3 very large pieces of veal that both i and my wife couldn't even finish (so good)... a great first night out in Frankfurt!

Whilst walking around in the rain, my colleague and I were happy to see this quaint restaurant to get out of the weather and to enjoy a round of local beer. Dinner time was soon approaching . We decided to have a look at the...menu. I ordered the chicken schnitzel/potatoes and the Frankfurt sauce as a side. My dinner was so tasty. It was just by chance that we discovered this place; we both were not disappointed.

We met friends at the Salzkammer at their recommendation. The choice was a good one. One doesn't find many Austrian restaurants except when in Austria. Three of us chose the Wiener Schnitzel. The Salzkammer allows you to choose a small (1), normal (2) or large...(3) serving. The schnitzels were from fresh veal, good but not spectacular. I ordered the green sauce as I needed a fix of Frankfurt too. The green sauce was delicious and I was glad I made that choice. We shared a wonderful Kaiserschmarrn for dessert. A large portion was too much for 4 people. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
