We had a lovely experience at this pub-restaurant hotel. We stopped in for a quick bite, and while I found the menu a bit pricey, the quality of the food justified the cost. Our meal was excellent, and my companion and I both commented on how delicious everything was. The staff was very attentive, and the overall cleanliness and condition of the establishment were impressive.

I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. Even though I arrived during a busy period, the staff were outstanding—friendly and attentive throughout my visit. I ordered the Pichana steak, which was cooked to perfection and undoubtedly the best steak I've had in quite some time. It even came with a delightful mini steak and ale pie on the side! Overall, I would rate the service a 5 and the location a 5 as well.

We love the Honeycomb Houses, we have stayed in 2 others many times. This is our first time at Sheep on Sheep Street and we had the most amazing time. Our room was lovely and comfortable, the service fantastic, we went specially to celebrate my dog’s and they couldn’t do enough for him. A fantastic experience, we will be back. On the plus side, there are plenty of activities nearby, including multiple restaurants and shopping options in the town center. I felt safe and secure during my stay, and the walkability of the area is excellent, making it easy to explore. As for food and drinks, everything was terrific! I'm not much of a drinker, but the selection of tea bags available was perfect for me as a tea enthusiast. Overall, I'd rate the rooms a solid 5 out of 5.

Andy and the team (especially Molly) saved the day! Our AirBnB fell through at the last moment (the host went AWOL and we spent hours on the phone to the AirBnB team). Then we went on the search to find rooms locally. Andy, Molly and the team stepped in to provide us with rooms at The Sheep, and the helped us get a last minute order into the kitchen. They were super kind and set us up with a delicious dinner and very comfortable rooms at the last moment. They were also very kind about doing so, and shared great local knowledge. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Sheep, and we would happily come back in future!
