too pricy. taste is good, but not exceptional. not worth the money. we asked if tom yam comes with rice that is traditional the art as it is served and the waiter argued it is only in Thai and should be so. it was really weird.

Nothing to complain about. The service was friendly and talked with us in perfect English. Food was very good. We ate outside. That people sitting at the same table started to smoke in the middle of our dinner is probably a German problem. Visualizza piatti

Found this restaurant through recommendations from our concierge. First night we tried sashimi and sushi as per chefs recommendations. Everyhting was really fresh and well presented. We decided to dine here again the evening. Same thing great sushi well presented. We sat at the...bar both nights and service was very good. This restaurant definetly compares well with other places I have dined in Atlanta and New York.

the shiki sushi robata restaurant in the lively city center serves delicious sushi, sashimi and other Japanese cuisine. we visited with the family for a afternoon meal on a sunny day. we ordered warsteiner beer, went ale for drinks and relished their unagi salmon queen...roll, tuna queen roll and salmon-Veg peel. the dishes were fresh, well cooked, not spicy and authentic. the place is spacious with interior and exterior seats with excellent ambiente and great decor. the personal is helpful and great. we enjoyed our meal very much.

we have booked this place for my birthday dinner, based on the reviews. we do not have the problem of slow service. I only booked and written in the comments that it was my birthday, but no one drew attention to it. that was disappointing. Apart from that, eating was especially the tuna tataki amazing. we were men and the bill was not alcoholic drinks, appetizers, sushi and roll) but it was worth it. the salmon and the garnels were really fresh and delicious. the sushi rice sometimes fell apart. we arrived to dinner without reservations, but were immediately placed on one of the few remaining tables. service was moderate and friendly, although the restaurant was full. the noise level was quite high (I am used to restaurants in France where people speak soft). as for...the eating, the menu was typical for Japanese restaurants, many individual sushi offers as well as sushi and sashimi boards and a sortiment of meat dishes, appetizers, supplements. everything was a la carte, and the prizes seemed high for what we got. Moreover, we couldn't find any wine on the glass so we had to buy a bottle. as others have noticed, it is possible to spend a lot and still starve.

A Japanese restaurant with Koreans as cooks and servers? OK! So, with a large business group, I had a treated meal here tonight. I looked online saw they had a grilled ribeye what could go wrong? Well, if I paid for it myself...I would have sent it back; as I did not, I did not and ate a swish of cold wasabi potatoes (no wasabi detected), half a piece of asparagus one tiny cherry tomato and tiny mushrooms. For some reason, the portions I got were scrawny compared to my buddy who had the tuna plate. Uggh. Yes service was slow meal came minutes after order placed. Took minutes to get water at the table. Starters were decent the tuna was a standout there. Wouldn't go out of my way to eat there...

On a Friday at about 13.30, I finally went to Shiki with two friends. We were kindly greeted, we were assigned a free table. The store was moderately filled. The map is extensive, but not unclear. I noticed the wine map that I would not have expected so extensive and selected in a sushi restaurant. The hot drinks (Jasmintee, Cappuccino) came quickly and tasted excellent; a short info on how long the tea already draws would have been nice. The meals ordered were also timely. The soup could have been characterized as 'sharf', was very good overall. Also the sushi, which is reasonable in price, was tasty and was dressed in style.
