Walked here twice during our stay at the local caravan site. All meals freshly made and excellent quality. Cake selection impressive too!

This café is perfect. The food is fresh and delicious, the cakes are tempting, and the service is excellent. Every town should have a café like this one!

Had a lovely scottish soup followed by about 4 or 5 of their cakes and tray bakes to eat and take away as they were so delicious (all hand made on the premises . The peach and white chocolate cake was my favourite :

We stopped for lunch on our way north for a road trip holiday. Fantastic service, lovely food and such friendly staff. And the cake was delicious (we had it as takeaway). We will definitely be dropping in when passing next!

The busiest café in Jed and for good reason. We were most impressed with the Kedgeree, it was made fresh with wild rice, smoked Haddock and nicely balanced with creamy curry topped with a boiled egg. This restaurant is a great spot to check out in Jedburgh, especially for their amazing cake selection. We tried the Tea Cake for two, which was served to our table. The hardest part was deciding which cake to try, as the sponge cake options all looked delicious. Both cakes we chose were outstanding. Even though we only tried the cakes, we noticed that all the dishes around us looked appetizing and well portioned. If we find ourselves back in Jedburgh (we are from County Durham), we will definitely be returning to this place.

During a rainy visit to Jedburgh Abbey, we stumbled upon this cafe/restaurant by accident. What a great discovery! The food was amazing - my husband and I loved the chili, while my eldest son devoured a delicious homemade beef burger and my youngest enjoyed chicken goujons. The staff, especially a friendly blond man (I didn't catch his name), were delightful and engaged with my children. To top it off, we purchased a beautiful picture from their art collection for our bedroom. If we find ourselves in Jedburgh again, we will definitely stop by for lunch. Popped in for lunch while driving further north, this is obviously a popular place and luckily we just before the rush! A warm welcome and a table quickly found and order taken. This is a very nice restaurant, just a few minutes' walk from the main car park. It has a great menu, nothing too complicated, but local and appealing. We were both very pleased with our choice for main, and stayed for a coffee and a shared cake (as the portions are quite generous). There are local paintings, prints, cards and book on sale too.
