Soya Oriental - Piatti

Ate here Friday 17th January the food was well cooked well seasoned arrived very quickly. £45.00 spend enough for a couple of days would highly recommend.

The dining experience was greasy and flavorless. I typically don't write reviews, but the food was so awful that I felt the need to express my thoughts. When I attempted to contact the restaurant, the person who answered the phone was impolite and hostile.

All I wanted was a takeaway. Instead, I got a verbal abuse as the lady from the restaurant phoned and yelled at me saying the postcode is wrong which wasn’t by the way. You try to explain but you can’t get a word in....I will ever be ordering from them again!!! Visualizza piatti

We enjoyed the friendly and welcoming service from the staff. However, the main attraction here is the delicious food. The chicken satay was particularly tasty, and we also tried the crispy duck and pork with black bean sauce, both of which were excellent. We will definitely be returning in the future.

My partner and I frequently order from Soya, and as vegans, they always make sure our order is tailored to our dietary preferences. They even call us to confirm our order, which is a nice touch. we ordered a take through eating easy and after 1 hour we had to wait to call the restaurant to find out where our food was. we said it was still cooking. We wait 1 hour and cannot. go to the restaurant. 2 hours and 45 minutes after the order, our food rose up. it was cold, the taste was terrible and the noodles were like eating gum. no good service. Ordered online with an estimated delivery time of 45mins to an hour. After 1hr 35mins food still not delivered. I rang and spoke to a very unhelpful lady who simply didn't seem interested in my enquiry. When food finally arrived after 1hr 50 mins at...was cold, greasy and frankly not nice, definitely not worth the price. Will NOT be having a meal from here again.

The food was warm when delivered, but the quality of the meat (especially the chicken) was awful it was like eating rubber squid. Very disappointed and when we phoned to ask for a fresh dish to be sent to us, the lady proceeded to...argue with us, telling us it was supposed to be like this. We have ordered this dish many times before, but never again as the 2nd dish was exactly the same. A real waste of our money. Time for us to find a new Chinese takeaway.

Placed a 'timed order ' on Soya Oriental website ... it arrived 90 minutes early!! We had to go out briefly before dinner, hence why we ordered our takeaway for a later time in the evening! If we hadn 't been in when it arrived, the first...time, it would have just been left on the doorstep for 90 minutes!! We sent it away with the delivery driver and asked for them to bring back a fresh order at the booked time. When it did arrive, at the allocated time, it was very bland, with a watery szechuan sauce.
