Cracking hotel , great atmosphere , superb food and excellent staff . Well worth a visit

cracking place to be, fab eating, excellent live music on a Sunday, and the beer goes a tasty.

We always seem to end up in here when we can’t get in Helgis. Which sounds a shame. Great food and ale in the St Ola, and great service. Only criticism- too many TV screens.

What a rare treat, we went in for lunch and the food was excellent, huge portions, and the staff and service was perfect. Hats off to you guys and keep up the great service.

I came to the st. ola to eat something before my ferry. service was great. I had 2 pints (banyan) and a haggisburger. it was fantastic, fast, hot and under £20. best haggis I had in the old very humid. the personal is beautiful. highly recommended!

Just home after spending a couple of night's, what a fantastic hotel, clean, bright, food fantastic and plentiful and the staff were amazingly friendly and very kindly left a lovely chilled bottle of wine and card for my birthday..will definitely be returning Xx

Menu has a key that shows which of the 14 most important allergens are contained in any dish, including may contain. GF options are clearly listed in the menu. Usure re. Burger Bungalows and dedicated Friteurs, as I previously ordered pasta options. Clean pans and utensils used for minimizing impurities. Never had a reaction. Good prices.

my man and I visited the restaurant st. ola this evening and had an absolutely beautiful meal served by a beautiful young man named daniel. he was extremely polite, attentive and looked at us very well. the squirrel was simply beautiful, fresh and very tasty followed by the Orkney ice cream with Orkney wing, Mmmm-Fudge sky. if they visit orkney, they will not be disappointed!

When I first traveled to orkney it was great to welcome to the st ola hitel as if I had been for years. large double room with view in the harbour was clean, comfortable and very cheap. the bed was very comfortable. the U.K as I travel, they believe me, I have in some quite terrible places that are twice as expensive. so with free Wi-Fi, a large front bar that shows the football, which is always a bonus, the hotel has many crates and with the backable (lounge/restaurant) nevertheless I was at my choice. as always, but it is. the food. was. magie! huge burger, homemade shiny, crispy wobbles and pommes. for the cost of an autobahn caffee cake (sarkasmus) was fantastic. service was excellent. t...
