Great food, a big jug of lassi and the biggest naans I’ve ever seen in my life. Do not listen to the haters my friend. Keep on with everything you do!

Just left Taste of Pakistan. I had the most delicious Chapli Kebab ever. Had the pleasure to meet the perfect host, the owner. A wonderful experience all round. Authentic tasty and so worthwhile.

Top marks for taste. Mediocre, chaotic service and prices that bring tears to your eyes. Half a Charsi chicken karahi now for instead of which is a price hike far beyond inflation and completely unjustified. Now ripping people off because they have a...good reputation. The service we received was brilliant, even though the restaurant was incredibly busy. This created such a buzzing atmosphere. All the waiters were helpful and friendly and the people in charge really got stuck in. Every dish we ordered was wonderfully spiced and absolutely delicious....There was a real sense of authenticity to encompass this all and we will definitely be returning for more!

Owner deleted my review, owner is quite a hardliner when it comes to review rebuttals, but deleted mine quite flattering. All I said was the food was great, but managed to replicate all the dishes using Youtube kun foods, and said the Charsi is...remarkably simple, fry chicken in oil,red fresh tomatoes,green bell peps, ginger, garlic and pepper, done. I also said I was a regular now cook it at home hence avoid visiting.

Today is the first time I visited with a group of friends and it was an excellent experience. The food was exceptional, all of it. I read some reviews critical of the bread and lamb chops but I can say this is total rubbish. The...staff were amazing especially the guy who said he was the owner, he was very welcoming and attentive and showed genuine love in his hospitality. A mate and myself took the journey east to west across town today to check out this place, and it was well worth doing so. The chicken karahi was absolutely quality, as was the planet-sized naan, the sugared almonds, the jug of mango lassi, and...the delicious chapli kebab brought over for free by the man who seemed to be running the show, a top bloke in a keffiyeh who seemed to have enough time to banter with every table. Cannot wait to head out there again once the trains are a bit less dicey! Cheers!

I attended with my wife and kids last Sunday. There was a brother there who was follicularly challenged but very well built MashaAllah he was very hospitable. The rest of the staff were quite attentive also. Now to the meat' of the review...(pun intended) the food was delicious! This comes from someone who has eaten food from UK to Australia literally countries from street food to Michelin Star restuarants. My wife is an amazing cook as is my mother Alhumdulilah, but these guys are superb. The chapali kebab has a beautiful flavour and you are not overcome by the spice so much that you cannot taste the meat. We ordered the Sajji (roast chicken) and found it was perfectly cooked with a coating...

Ok so I moved to the area for work and this place was recommended. I have to admit, from someone who has had a variety of desi food in Bradford, Birmingham, Leeds etc... let me put it straight.. 'no Main Dish can compete with these...guys ' that's the level they operate at. I have been coming back and will probably go tonight aswell cos the food is amazing. Now for the No No's The Roti/Naans, Guys for the level of food you cook mA, the sundries are far too dry, Surely I cant be the only one who has this opinion on this!
