temujins is my favorite restaurant that offers a wide range of vegan veggie-friendly ingredients that they can then observe how to fried in front of their eyes, making a unique culinary experience. the woks are cleaned between use, but there is a dedicated veggie wok when they ask, and the personal can give them a detailed list of which stir fry sauces are veggie friendly.
