"I went for a business lunch at this restaurant. The service was slow and not very attentive. I had to constantly ask for more drinks and information about when our food would be ready. This was frustrating, especially considering the price of the restaurant. The chips were hard to eat, as if they had been left out for too long. However, the steak was pretty good."

I had informed the restaurant when making the reservation that it was for a birthday celebration, but unfortunately, it was not acknowledged. The disappointing service really put a damper on the evening.

Superb Tomahawk steak! Though the dessert was a bit mean and a tiny scoop of clotted cream with the treacle tart. Cabaret Zinfandel was delicious and a thoroughly delightful waitress Bev who was lovely and personable. A little pricey but steak was cooked to perfection.

Pleasant staff, good service and excellent food. Food came out without delay. Good choice on menu and our server made a recommendation which was an excellent choice and something I probably wouldn't have chosen if left to me. I have been before and would definitely go back.

Had been earlier in the week in the evening and had the Chateaubriand for which was vary nice with great service and decent wine by the glass. On the back of this we booked for traditional Sunday lunch and both chose the beef which I have to say was even better than the chateaubriand. Very nicely served and well looked after. We will be going back for more.
