"A group of 12 people every breakfast had an item of some kind missing from the plate, eggs, potato scones, toast that wasn't toasted). Every meal was cold and took over an hour to be served to us. We asked the lady waiting on our table if we could speak to the manager and the reply was unfortunately I am the manager who then just walked away from us without discussing our issues with us. Will never set foot in the place again. Totally disrespected as a customer"

Had a lovely meal here with quick service and in a bright, welcoming environment. Have dropped one star for service only because the order was mistakenly processed incorrectly.
