What a ruined day a mothers day meal with the family the food was STONE COLD very disappointing day

Took my mother and and my three children excellent service very friendly and helpful staff a the young lady called beth was very professional x food was A* highly recommend

I enjoyed a fantastic Sunday Roast today at the Bull in Valley. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Beth and her team took wonderful care of us. We'll definitely be returning! xx

Terrible customer service. The manager was very rude, and the food was cold. We bought a Fruit Shoot for a child, only to discover it was expired, and we received no apology when we returned it. We also waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated at a dirty table that still had the previous customers' used glasses, plates, and cutlery on it. Visualizza piatti

We had a table booked for 12 people. Long story short AWFUL customer service!!! Food was awful and cold. Not enough room to sit 2 left and went to the valley. Very disappointing mothers day lunch . Will not be going again. And 2 top it off my granddaughters fruit shoot was 6months out of date also the manager said to a member of staff serve that lot ..... cheeky ****

The food was fantastic, but I found it to be overpriced. I had the steak and chips, and for that price, I expected some salad or vegetables to go along with it, as it felt a bit bare despite being very tasty. We used to visit this place frequently, and I really appreciate the recent renovations—they look great! However, I miss the good, honest pub food they used to serve at more reasonable prices.

Food service was terrible, staff need more training the customer service was ridiculous even tried to over charge us when all of us payed our bills tried to resolve with waitress the manager just stood there didn't help just watched the waitress he should of stepped in the waitress didn't know what to do after explaining few times that we have all payed our bill penny didn't drop she just repeated what was left to pay took 4 people explain to her we've payed our bills n she scrunched up the bill then we walked off then herd 1 of the staff said to other staff not to welcome us there again...Don't worry we won't be going there again!, the service was really slow and got order wrong waiting fel...
