The vegetable penang curry and the apple and blackberry crumble with custard were also excellent choices. The service was a bit inconsistent and disorganized, but the kitchen staff clearly knows what they're doing."

Simple yet delightful vegan pub options. The crumble with custard was a pleasant surprise; it was nice to see a true vegan dessert instead of just ice cream or sorbets.

I gave the food 4 stars, although it was good and very tasty, the bark meat and yorkshire pudding were a little chewing gum. the service was excellent, but we sat at the side of a window and it was cold and frightened. We said that.

the service was good, but the decor was tired and a little grubby. the food was ok, but my fish cake had not much fish in them and were quite small and cooked over. other members of our party were happy with their chicken cake and chicken snizel.

I had a chicken sandwich that was very small for the price they pay has not tasted bad, but not tasted amazing. my friend had the cod sandwich she enjoyed a lot, just said she needed more sauce (which I am sure they would have done if she had asked) not a bad little pub
