Lovely pub with great facilities and friendly staff, only criticism is you need better signage informing patrons how to enter the pub from the car park.

The pizza was very good and quite authentic, better than the chain places! It was nice to sit out in the garden and the staff were very good and helpful.

Excellent Sunday lunch we all chose a different roast. Good Service and quality red wine. Dog friendly and helpful staff It made our Sunday without the washing up!

If you are going to hire the barn for a party the sound system they have is inadequate for this It is not loud enough if you have 40+ people in your party if you want to have a disco-style party.

We visited The Green Dragon as a family recently and would definitely return and recommend to others. Food was absolutely delicious (especially the pizza! , service was really friendly and the setting/location is lovely.

Lovely pub, great food and efficient staff. However, this establishment will not accept cash. Cash is legal tender in this country and should be accepted anywhere. A great shame, but I would not ever go back unless cash is accepted.

Brilliant little countryside pub. Explained when we arrived that pizzas currently were not available but this was no problem. They have a new extensive menu and both myself, husband and the children all thoroughly enjoyed our meals! Yes as mentioned below the pub was quiet but I don’t quite know what people would expect mid January after Christmas and a cost of living crisis. Service was absolutely faultless. Also lovely to see the managers interacting with their staff and customers, not just sat in an office. We will be back

Went for pizza, but the pizzaiolo was away, given the place is famous for its pizzas, would have been good to tell us while booking. However we decided to stay for food, the empty dining room should have been a warning sign. Starters were fine. Main course not so much. One of us ordered steak. It looked like it has been pre chewed. Another ordered spaghetti bolognese, the spaghetti was raw, it looked like it was microwaved, very dry, and the risotto could have done with being cooked. Overall very disappointing and certainly not worth the heavy price.

Disappointed when after booking (you need to ring up to book a table), and then being seated, we were told that the pizza oven is no longer open on a Tuesday. No issues with that occurring as a business choice, however it is frustrating that we were not told when we made the original booking as that is a significant part of the menu. We would not have come on a Tuesday otherwise. Nevertheless we ordered from the rest of the menu. Calamari was excellent as a starter. All the main courses however, were very average and not up to the standard normally set by their fresh pizza offerings. We won't return for a while after this experience. Staff were polite.
