We had an excellent experience. We were tired and hungry on arrival and the staff were very welcoming. They served us a delicious meal and very kindly hurried it through as they were very busy so we were very grateful. Great pub and will definitely be back.

beautiful pub in beautiful landscape. my work team and I look forward to a pint here to finish most weeks. most of the bar staff are really welcoming and friendly there is always one. have not experienced anything about perfect chips, but the menu looks inviting, so I might be looking forward to a roast.

We had dinner at the pub, it felt in the countryside without being far away from Dover. A good location with sufficient parking. We had pork belly and Salmon en croute with apple crumble and hot cookie dough to finish. All fantastic meals, delicious, well cooked and presented. The staff were friendly, great level of service without feeling rushed or slow. Would recommend!

many thanks for a beautiful meal on Tuesday night. we stay ahead of location and search for recommended local pubs etc. we have in the lydden bell pub after visiting the menu online. we have booked a table and we are happy to see our selection options. eating was delicious, generous servings and price as expected. (the best meals can begin at £12.95) the staff was friendly and attentive. the atmosphere was beautiful and we found the pub cozy and clean and the perfect balance between tradition and modern. overall a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend.
