"Had a meal out at the Olde Red Lion last night. It was steak night which we didn't know when we booked. Two steak meals with three sides, sauces and two desserts or a bottle of wine cost £45 between us. We both had rump steaks which were cooked beautifully. The restaurant was cosy with only a handful of tables occupied at around 7pm. The service was excellent. First time visit for us but planning to go back for afternoon tea. Recommended."

Lovely country pub warm and inviting. Staff were very friendly made to feel very welcome nothing too much trouble.
