The Oxton Courtyard

The tapas at this restaurant were fantastic, with plenty for everyone to enjoy. The staff were very attentive and efficient. The 40% off deal on Wednesday made it even better value.

We booked a table for 07.45pm last Saturday. We arrived on time and table was not ready. We then were given a table. 15 minutes later we were then asked to move tables, due to poor organisation.

Cocktails great , pity the staff weren't!! Rude , and served regulars before we got served , so if your a regular great if not your overlooked and it seemed it was an effort to serve you when they eventually did !!! Visualizza piatti

Where to begin… I booked me and my Mum in for Mother’s Day Sunday dinner. We sat down at 4pm, the bar staff brought over our cocktails which were (to be fair) gorgeous and reasonably priced (hence why I have scored a 1 star).

Went on a tuesday evening after 5pm and got 40% off Fantastic value. My sister in-law treated me to a birthday meal and was that impressed, has already said she will have hers there too. The food was Hot, Tasty and fast arriving. Couldn't fault staff and service. Loved it.

Had a fantastic Sunday lunch here. We took my husbands 93 year old mum for her birthday lunch. The staff were really attentive and brought out a birthday pud for her which made her feel really special. The food was really tasty and cooked well and the presentation beautiful. Visualizza piatti

Had a meal here food was nice except fotr the cold uncooked chicken , portion of chips were on the very small side, 3 times i took lager back, cloudy and smelly , fosters was cloudy, tiger beer was cloudy , not sure why might be dirty beer pipes , best have bottled beer , they tried to sort draught beer out and could stop getting cloudy beer, make you ill that will

I used to enjoy the courtyard at this restaurant years ago, but recently it has gone downhill with dirty dishes and low-quality food. A friend who used to work there warned me not to eat there. Despite a recent renovation, my boyfriend and I were turned away last night because he was wearing a coat, which I found absurd. Upon entering to inform our friends that we would be leaving, I noticed that almost every person inside was also wearing a coat. When I asked the manager why my boyfriend was refused entry, he stated it was the policy of the doormen. As a result, we took our business to The Tap across the street and had a wonderful time.

here on a Thursday night, first time here. just in for a couple of drinks waiting for our reservation time at the (Michelin starred) restaurant next door. no, not bragging, maybe that's why the drinks seemed to be at a premium. it was ok. busy, but not packed, with most people in the dining area more so than the bar. that said, our first impression was of the noise. it seemed to reverberate around the place making it difficult to have a conversation. another distraction was the décor. now I'm not an interior design buff, I just remember it seeming odd that no two walls seemed to have the same pattern/design. a little disconcerting I thought.again, that said, for just a couple of drinks it wa...
