Excellent breakfast! I thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was cooked and presented beautifully. I can't wait to come back for another breakfast soon.

Had an amazing roast dinner here today, food was fresh, hot and lots of it. Highly recommend the butternut wellington as a great vegetarian option. We were served by Oliver who was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone for great food, service and atmosphere.

Friendly, welcoming and a lovely atmosphere. Food was amazing with large portions and great value for money. Lenton, our server, was excellent, checking everything was OK without being over bearing. I have always had a soft spot for this place ever since I moved to Farnham 10 years ago, foods always been grand and they look after their ales very well and always have a good selection on tap. Longer running staff members such as Tom and Sam have always been a delight too. Rose, Owen and Jack have done very well with the place since they took over a few years back.

Ordered two signature burgers and chips as a delivery and all I can say is Wow! Just Wow! The chips were some of the best I've ever tasted; crisp, chunky, and beautifully cooked. And the burger was sensational with cheese and bacon between a brioche bun. Great price and, let me remind you, it was a delivery! Absolutely no difference than if we'd been sat in the restaurant. Will definitely be ordering from here again AND paying a visit.

Disappointing return to this excellent pub for a Sunday roast based on good previous experiences. Waited almost 75 minutes for a roast dinner on a Sunday and when it arrived the meal was extremely salty. Two choices of roast :beef or lamb and apparently it never changes. Tip for them, introduce pork or chicken as well and let the customers know when they arrive. there that there is going to be a long delay . When you’re hungry, it’s far too long. Also the lamb was shredded in some sort of some sort of piquant sauce swamping the flavour of the meat when we were expecting some nice slices of tender lamb.
