I order from this restaurant frequently and have never encountered any issues. The food is always hot and tasty, with generous portion sizes that are more than sufficient to satisfy my hunger. Additionally, my orders always arrive on time. Rating: Delivery Service: Excellent, Food: 5/5.

We ordered on Uber Eats, food is late and had to move estimated delivery time and every time we’ve phoned the line has been “busy” on numerous occasions over an hour long period either I’m just unlucky, the phone is disconnected or they’re so busy it’s near impossible to catch them on the phone either way still waiting for food, ordered over an hour ago

We were visiting Silverstone and Googled the nearest takeaways and chose the Rice Bowl. Sad that they had to close the restaurant due to these hard times. Takeaway was hot, fresh tasty but have to agree with others, the portions are very small for what you pay unfortunately. We usually pay about £40 for 3 people at our local Chinese but this was £58 for 3 and for less food. Staff very friendly and it is a Cash Only takeout. Service: Take out

The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score. The service was quite good as well, although there is room for improvement.
