"We booked for 8pm on Wednesday for 9 people so were already expecting a slower service because of how many of us there were however starters arrived an hour after we sat. Service was slow but they were friendly and a nice atmosphere, food again was OK, one of the burgers was forgotten and two drinks were too. Because the food came out slowly and we weren’t in any rush it was quite nice to sit and talk. I ordered the 5 bean chilli which was really good and portions were big but I didn’t realise on the menu it was either chips or rice. Over all was just OK : Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4"

Lovely Welsh country pub, friendly staff, lovely food, very reasonably priced too. Very accommodating as we popped in on a whim on our way back from the beach and hadn't booked but the staff sorted a table for us straight away.
