The Soup Kitchen Stafford

Ben to the soup kitchen quite a few times although we don’t live in Stafford n every visit is great. Very nice place with a great choice of food n lovely very friendly n helpful staff xx

was over and found the suppen kitchen. fantastic place, most personal friendly I've ever seen, eating excellent. I have judged many licensed spatialities for a large finish and if this place was entered it would easily win.

I was fortunate to be part of a group of who enjoyed a first class lunch today at the Soup Kitchen. The items we selected from the extensive menu was delicious, and well presented, and the staff were enthusiastic and attentive. Highly recommended. Visualizza piatti

excellent tea room, staff very efficient and friendly, beautiful atmosphere and excellent choice of menu, from light bites to main meals and desserts. I have been several times, not to be put out by a waiting queue that will be treated soon and they don't have to wait long for a table. choice of the waiter service or the self-servant. definitiw will go back

I came in with my mum on her 88th birthday for a celebratory meal, the waitress overheard that it was her birthday and once we had finished our meals we heard a chorus of 'Happy birthday to you '! Alot of the waitresses came out with a cake and lit candle on a plate saying Happy birthday. It made her special day even more special : Thank you so much all of you xx

if they want old world charm, manage long gone, beautiful environment, eat to die and a selection of foods and tasty that blow their mind, then this is the place for them. we were in the suppen kitchen several times, we have never been disappointed whether it is a lite bite or a fully blown meal that they cannot go wrong. next time they treat themselves in stafford. This place has got a lot of charm! The waiters a mix of young and old ladies wear black dresses with white aprons. It is like going back in time! They are really sweet and make you feel really comfortable. From outside the place looks small but in fact there are many rooms inside with a lot of antique decoration. The food is ok, great for snacks, quiches, sandwiches, salads... They also serve nice sweet and it is a nice experience to go for afternoon tea. The place closed at so no dining possible which is a shame. It is also closed on Sunday.

As always the reception is impeccable and has not changed over the last or so years. Afternoon tea arranged and the table laid out extremely nice, everything in bone China all matching which these days is quite rare. A wide variety of sandwiches and cakes and of course there signature scones. Fresh boiling water was regularly supplied along with a wide selection of teas. The staff all dressed in uniform matching , including the gentleman waiters. This type of Old English establishment is a fast receding business which is part of our heritage.
