This is a fantastic restaurant with wonderful staff. I highly recommend it! They offer vegetarian options such as a feta cheese salad and a cheese and onion sandwich served with chips and salad. There is free parking available, and the service is excellent. I dined here for lunch, and the cost per person was around £10 to £20.

Sundays are right! a walk through the reservoir with the dogs then dinner in the white house! warm, welcoming, child-friendly and particularly good eating. £58 for 2 adult (main and dessert), a child's meal and 2 round drinks! absolute smashing value for probably the best pub food for hundred miles. highly recommend to recommend any of the lamb dishes, although their special board is very rarely disappointed!

First time at the Whitehouse for at least 25 years and the place hasn’t changed one bit in a good way. Arrived at 545 on a Saturday afternoon you can’t book unless larger table over 5 but went early it was rammed already which is a good sign . Food gammon eggs very tasty lady had steak strips in a spicy sauce all enjoyed very much two pints of cider and two large red wines £52 all comparable to the other. Saddleworth must go to the Church Inn is it as good no but food still very good and serving staff great .
