Great dog friendly pub. It it so nice to be able to take your dog in a pub and have a meal too! We didn't eat yesterday but definately will next time. Very friendly staff with a proper old pub atmosphere and service. Loved it

excellent pub. came for the Mother's Day, which is always a hard day for a restaurant. the personal copied exceptionally good, super friendly, great eating, wait a little longer, but only to expect. large beer and apple wine selection. comes again in definitiw.

beautiful small pub, ideal for walks with family and friends. the covered seating area at the rear end of the pubs is ideal for socially distant dining and drinks, whatever the weather. and it also has heating! homemade ice creams are delicious. amazing service got sticky toffee pud and a candle when she found out that it was my birthday

so glad that we fell here tonight for a meal, in the understood it is a pub and quite loud that eating was excellent and at a very reasonable price, homemade chips were delicious, how was the honeybread sink, hubby yourghly enjoyed his chili con carni also. service was exceptional and very attentive. will definitely come back when we go on like this. So glad we dropped in here for a meal tonight, bearing in mind it is a pub and quite noisy the food was excellent and at a very reasonable price, homemade chips were delicious as was the honey roast ham, hubby thourghly enjoyed his chilli con carni too. Service was exceptional and very attentive. Will definitely pop back in when we pass this way again.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed by the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. They have a fantastic selection of drinks to choose from. After enjoying a drink, my group decided to have a bite to eat. We were pleased with the homemade options available, including ham, egg, and chips, as well as veggie sausages with mash and peas. Both dishes were tasty and great value for money, with generous portion sizes. We definitely plan on returning in the future. Thank you for a wonderful Friday evening out!

I was recommended this restaurant's Sunday Roasts and decided to visit with my family. We were not disappointed. Our drinks arrived promptly as we sat down, and we placed our food order. The starters were delicious and the service was attentive but not overbearing. We all ordered the roasts, which arrived hot and fresh. I ordered the supreme of chicken, and it was the best breast of chicken I have had in a long time. We felt very welcome on our first visit and will definitely be returning soon.
