"This was the lucky find for us. We were staying near the east train station Ostbahnhofand set out on foot yesterday afternoon to find a spot for dinner. It's an easy half block walk from the train station or the number tram. We arrived...about on a busy chilly Saturday night. The place was packed with locals. Happily for us they found us a table for two. Everything about it was wonderful. Yes the pizza was good, and there were a number of choices. But the various pasta dishes and daily specials are really superb. Great unpretentious wine list. Italian was the primary language spoken, with a lot of German. The proprietor and the waiters have a good grasp on English also. The menu is available with English however the translation of the daily blackboards and the seasonal specials in the front of the menu were in Italian and German only. We're adding this to our list of five goto places in Munich for future visits"

Nice intimate atmosphere and friendly staff. Service is prompt. I had a nice Carbonara, very well cooked pasta and nice sauce. The sauce is not too thick so that even after finishing it, I don't feel overwhelmed and too full. I washed it down with...a nice Weissen beer, enjoyed the meal very much
