We booked a table at Tritus last Saturday evening. Estimated time was 10pm. They kept saying that the table was almost ready but we managed to sit down after 11pm. I was no longer hungry due to the long wait. Nice place furnished in a particular way. Nice menu and honest prices. I tasted the pizza... The dough was good. Rich seasonings. Cooking a little behind. Given the time, I took a tuna tataki with a side of grilled vegetables. The tuna was really good and cooked very well. Very good accompanying focaccia. Excellent value for money. Ultimately don't book on a Saturday but recommended.

Siamo andati in quel ristorante, avevamo prenotato per sette persone alle 21:30. Dopo un'ora e mezza di attesa senza che ci informassero su nulla e con risposte poco cortesi alle nostre domande riguardo a quanto tempo ancora dovessimo aspettare, ci hanno lasciati lì ignorandoci e girando le spalle mentre tornavano in sala. Il cameriere è tornato da noi alle 22:54 e ridendo ci ha detto che era colpa nostra. Imparate a gestire i clienti, anche se sono più giovani di voi, e se sapete di poter essere in ritardo, AVVISATE. Un ritardo di due ore mai visto prima. Non date soldi a queste persone scortesi.
