"The Twist restaurant convinced me across the board. The quality of the food is outstanding and the offering is very varied. The combination of traditional and modern dishes is particularly successful and a lot of fun. The ingredients are always fresh and of the highest quality, which is clearly noticeable in the taste. The presentation of the menus is also very attractive and creative. The kitchen crew pays great attention to detail and brings every dish to the table in a perfect look. The restaurant itself is very stylishly furnished and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The service is excellent and very accommodating, the staff are friendly and attentive you can tell they enjoy their job. The Twist is definitely a highlight in Arosa and definitely worth a visit. It offers an outstanding dining experience and is, in my opinion, one of the best restaurants in the region. As a starter we chose the delicious buffalo mozzarella with Valsana salmon and the quinoa salad with a tangy sauce. For the main course I chose the vegetarian Trinser ravioli with dried pears, thyme and pear foam. My companion chose a meat dish with red cabbage. We enjoyed it excellently. We will definitely come here again on our next visit and be surprised by the seasonal creations. Overall, I can highly recommend the Twist Restaurant and wish all future guests an enjoyable trip."

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Essen ist sehr extravagant und nicht alles schmeckt.Eher teuer.Freundliches Personal.

Kurz zusammengefasst: Der ganze Abend war von A-Z (trotz C-19) sehr professionell, zuvorkommend und vorallem das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Auf jedenfall war es nicht das letzte mal. Danke

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Hotel Valsana verbracht um den Geburtstag von meinem Mann gefeiert. An einem Abend waren wir im Twist und haben sehr gut gegessen. Für meinen Mann war die Portion etwas zu klein.

Service trotz Coron-Massnahmen aufmerksam und freundlich. Salat und Sauce für 11 Franken absolut unbefriedigend. Klein, langweilig, fad. Hauptgang sehr gut, Dessert ok. Insgesamt zu teuer für das Gebotene.

It is a very quiet place to enjoy a good dish, excellent preparation, and despite the difference in the language, the people who work strive for excellent service, a quiet and relaxing atmosphere to be with family, with respect to the price I would say normal for the place where it is located and the good dishes.

Der Empfang im Restaurant war professionell und zuvorkommend.Nach einem Apéro auf der schönen Terrassenlounge wurden wir zu unserem reservierten Tisch begleitet. Die Speisekarte enthält feine und ungewöhnlichen Speisen unserer Ansicht nach ein Paradies für Vegetarier, aber nicht nur. Wir haben die feine, gepflegte Küche und den freundlichen Service sehr geschätzt.

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Von der sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Bedienung, bis hin zur Präsentation und dem Geschmack der Speisen, alles hervorragend. Das Ambiente hat uns sehr entsprochen und passt zum alpinen Dorf Arosa. Sämtliche Mitarbeitende waren äusserst aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und absolut professionell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, vielen Dank für das tolle Erlebnis!
