Food selection ie starter and majn not ss good ad use to be. Also the vibe and feeling not there with eating in bar area and not restaurant

My partner and I had a lovely meal at the restaurant. Our table was reserved, and the bartender even brought us a wonderful Valentine's balloon for our photos. It made for a delightful evening.

The food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed a three-course carvery, and everyone in our group was pleased. However, one member did mention that the beef was served a bit warm and could have been hotter.

We thought we had booked a table in the restaurant but it was shut so we were seated in the pub part with no explanation as to why!? It was very noisy and the steak I had was terrible. Myself and partner had gone for an overnight stay and a nice meal but the meal part of it spoilt it for us

We attended breakfast with Santa 15/12, with our 3 grandchildren. the breakfast was cold and of a poor quality, the whole event was badly organised. why not let a table at a time go up for the buffet, rather than what was madness, we waited patiently rather than queue with our plate, probably why our breakfast was cold. The male elf needed a larger size costume. the tightness of his leggings was not appropriate for a family event. Unfortunately we had booked for dinner later and the children's parents joined us, the restaurant noise level was unbearable and again found the food to be of a poor quality. None of this was good value for money. we wont be returning.

some family members (7) for carvery at 16 o'clock on Sunday. the starter dried up, suppe would not come out of cripple, so had to remove top lid. only a lump cold crippled chaos. brotrolles stone-resistant. haupt was also terrible, end of the dried truthahn (server apologized) ham fat and no bark meat. veg and kartoffeln soggy and straight back from the beginning. so greasy and cold. there was a table with breakfast eating on him, ie, croissants, marmelade. seeded muffing and granola. that's what my two have eaten. we complained to the server, he laughed and said yes, it was left from the breakfast!
