A short walk from the Dreesen hotel, we managed to get a table midweek, but it was still busy. The pasta and pizza were both excellent

Dinner was outstanding. Had the Veal with a Pepper Sauce and Green Asparagus and it was amazing. Atmosphere was great and the waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. Definitely highly recommend it to anyone.

Came back to Vitus after some years. Good to know that italian touch is still there, that also in Bonn it is possible to have a well cooked and presented pasta or meat. Additional value: the wine and a familiar and precise service. Suggested

I went with good friends and children so i was in a good mood. The carpaccio needed a little extra olive oil fixed in an instant but the veal roles were delicious and the accompanying sauce simply gorgeous. The owner recommended a reasonably...priced Sicilian red which suited all of us. The decor and atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff were helpful and child friendly. We skipped desert as the kids were getting tired.

We were looking forward to a pizza but they are only served Monday to Friday. As this was a Saturday I reluctantly chose pasta instead. While we waited, we had some free bread and veggie which we dipped into a watery dressing/dip. My penne arrabiate...were more chewy than al dente. The sauce was a normal tomato sauce, not at all spicy. Instead of using basil, there was a bit of chopped parsley in the dish, which did not add to the taste. Disappointing for Euros. I won’t be returning.

First time here and not disappointed. Very cozy sitting with friendly service and delicious meals. We first had a table outside which is very pleasant for nice summer evening but unfortunately been disturbed by cigarette smoke. We asked the staff to move inside, friendly response...with no problem. Inside sitting is also cool with cozy modern decor. Enough space for big group and different cozy corners for small group. Menus are available in both German and English. We friends) had combined Vitus' starters to share, and main courses grilled sea bream and veal steak with pepper sauce. All are delicious. We will certainly go back!

This restaurant has a very nice atmosphere and is an authentically run Italian restaurant. It's also very popular and a reservation is recommended at the weekend. Staff are very attentive and helpful (and nearly all italian). Antipasti Misti was very nice indeed as was the...fresh bread provided. We ordered fish (Seezunge and Swordfish) both of which were very fresh and excellently cooked. The salads provided with both mains was rather too heavily covered in salad dressing, would recommend you ask for the dressing on the side if you are particular about that. Price-wise was reasonable for the quality, about euro a head including wine. Will definitely go back again and would recommend.

We called to reserve a table at We arrived at Sat down at PM. At other tables had been served with apetizers, drinks and a small snack (bread/olives) which they got shortly after sitting down... after us. We ordered drinks and...got them shortly after ordering. Our menu's were closed, but we still waited, meanwhile for a refill at or someone to take the order for our starters and main dish. Once one of the older staffmembers started asking the other waiter about our table, we noticed things sped up a bit. I decided to have a decent dinner with my family at this restaurant. Reading the reviews, we all thought this looks good to go so we booked a table via phone. Upon arrival we were greeted friendly and were seated at our table. It took...about minutes and we received the menu. My wife ordered Saltimbocca and I ordered a pizza vulcan which was described in the menu as salami, capers, cheese tomato sauce. It sounded a bit spicy and I was craving for something tasty.
